Ingredients
1 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/4 cup Heinen’s Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
2 Tbsp. Heinen’s Wildflower Honey
1 Tbsp. Heinen’s Chia Seeds
3/4 cup Heinen’s Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
1 Tbsp. Heinen's coconut oil
Directions
- Stir the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, and honey together in a bowl until smooth. Then stir in the chia seeds. You can add other ingredients too, like a ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon or mini chocolate chips!
- Scoop the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper using a small cookie scoop. You can also spoon the mixture into a round silicone ice cube mold. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
- Microwave the chocolate chips and coconut oil at 30 second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
- Dip each frozen yogurt bite into the melted chocolate and place it back onto the baking sheet. Add your toppings, like flaky salt or crushed peanuts, before the chocolate fully sets so they stay in place.
- Freeze for 10-20 minutes until the chocolate is hard, then serve!
